Annual Conference Chair Position

The Annual Conference Chair is responsible for leading the planning and execution of OCRA annual meeting. This role involves working collaboratively with the Board, volunteers and vendors to ensure a successful event. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the annual meeting, including scheduling, venue selection, programming, and logistics.
  • Lead the Conference committee, ensuring tasks are assigned and deadlines are met.
  • Work with OCRA Treasurer to manage Conference budget and expenses 
  • Work with OCRA Educational Program Directors to facilitate communication among stakeholders, including speakers, sponsors, and attendees.
  • Work with OCRA Marketing Director to promote the Conference.
  • Work with OCRA Strategic Partner Director for Sponsorships.
  • Work with OCRA Community Event Director and Membership Director on Volunteer recruitment and coordination. 
  • Monitor progress and troubleshoot issues during the planning process and event executn.
