Neelu Gibson, RAC
Worldwide Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, Becton Dickinson
Neelu Gibson currently serves as the Worldwide Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, at MMS, BD. She is proud to lead a dynamic team of global professionals in creating regulatory strategies and submissions, resulting in innovative medical devices being available to healthcare professionals and patients.
Neelu is passionate about personal and professional development and continues to share her leadership experiences with entrepreneurs, students and industry groups.
During her 20+ years with Johnson & Johnson (J&J), Neelu served on five management boards, holding leadership positions in Regulatory Affairs at seven J&J companies. She is the President and co-founder of SeaglassRQA, a boutique consulting house, and has co-authored two Amazon best-selling books.
Neelu has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences from North East Surrey College of Technology, in the United Kingdom. She is a certified Regulatory Affairs Professional (RAC-US) and is an active member of RAPS and OCRA. Neelu enjoys coaching/mentoring regulatory affairs professionals along their leadership journeys.
Raina E. Dauria, RAC
WW Vice President, Regulatory Affairs
Cardiovascular and Specialty Solutions, Johnson & Johnson
Raina Dauria has been a leader in the Johnson and Johnson (J&J) family of companies since 2003. She currently holds the position of WW Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for the Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions business where she leads a global organization of regulatory professionals dedicated to supporting the delivery of innovative, forward thinking regulatory strategies for medical devices to ultimately benefit patients worldwide.
During her time at J&J, Raina has had a wide breadth of experiences spanning from pre-approval regulatory submissions for device, biological and combination products, and has had oversight of a vast array of functional areas including Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Research, Field Scientific Affairs and Quality Assurance.
Raina’s passion has always been in sharing her leadership journey with others in order to grow up-and-coming talent. She has been a sponsor of leadership development programs for early, mid-level and experienced leaders, and has volunteered her time as a mentor within the biomedical and regulatory affairs fields inside and outside J&J. She is also active in developing university programs for regulatory affairs professionals, including pilots for undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
Raina received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT and her Master of Science in Drug Regulatory Affairs and Health Policy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in Boston, MA. Raina has held her Regulatory Affairs Certification since 1998 and has volunteered as a member of the RAPS Board of Directors since 2015.
Raina lives in Southern California with her husband, Chad, and their two sons, Christopher and Matthew. She loves to spend her weekends watching her boys play ice hockey.
