Cyber Security for Medical Products

Hardware and software to keep your documents secure

Synopsis
There are two parts to this meeting.  The first part is to engage in a "QUEST" looking for specific information throughout the DISCOVERY SCIENCE CENTER that will be used later in the meeting.  You will dine at different locations in the DISCOVERY SCIENCE CENTER while on your quest.

The second part and primary focus of the meeting will be held in the DISCOVERY SCIENCE CENTER's 4-D Educational Theatre where the presenters will discuss the ever-evolving issues around document security and strategies and technologies to maintain the confidentially of your critical data in compliance with various regulations.  Phil Adams will discuss security strategies for computer hardware, local networks and firewalls. John Beeman will discuss the evolution of virtual datarooms and how this technology applies to industry in life sciences.

The meeting is being held at the DISCOVERY SCIENCE CENTER to introduce OCRA members to the DISCOVERY SCIENCE CENTER as it plans to develop new educational exhibits in the life sciences.  The DISCOVERY SCIENCE CENTER is looking for input from the life science industry as it plans for these new life-science exhibits.  OCRA members and the companies they represent can play a role in helping develop these exhibits.
